2. Services Provided
Trending Media Solutions offers marketing, branding, website and app development, SEO, affiliate marketing, programmatic advertising, livestream TV, billboard ads, related creative and media services.
All services are provided based on the selected package, subscription, or custom agreement between you and our company.

 
3. Billing & Payments
Service fees are clearly stated on our website or within your service agreement.
Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
Late or missed payments may result in paused or terminated services.
Ad management services are subject to a 15% ad spend management fee.
Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled with written notice at least 7 days before renewal.
We accept major credit cards and other electronic payment methods through secure third-party processors.

 
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate, up-to-date business information necessary for service delivery.
Supply creative materials, brand assets, or data (if required) in a timely manner.
Review and approve deliverables within the timeframes stated in your service agreement.
Maintain compliance with all advertising and marketing regulations applicable to your business.
 
5. Intellectual Property
All materials created by Trending Media Solutions (e.g., designs, videos, websites, and ad creatives) remain our property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in writing.
You grant Trending Media Solutions a limited license to display your logo, ads, or projects in our marketing portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
 
6. Advertising & Media Services
You acknowledge that all paid ad services (Google, YouTube, Livestream TV, Billboard, etc.) depend on third-party platforms and performance may vary.
While we strive to achieve the best results possible, Trending Media Solutions cannot guarantee specific performance outcomes such as revenue, ranking, or traffic increases.

 
7. Termination & Cancellations
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Refunds are not issued for completed work, third-party ad spend, or mid-cycle cancellations.
Upon termination, clients are responsible for any outstanding balances and fees incurred up to that date.
 
8. Limitation of Liability
Trending Media Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, or data loss.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the three (3) months prior to the claim.

 
9. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and protect all non-public business information shared during the course of our relationship. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

 
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within Sacramento County, California.

 
11. Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
