Payments are securely processed through Stripe. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for all our services and subscriptions.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final once payment has been processed, due to the time, strategy, and resources invested in preparing and delivering each project.
Ā Refunds are not provided for services that have already been initiated, completed, or delivered, including but not limited to:
Website or app development
Advertising or marketing campaigns
Branding and creative design
Subscription-based software or automation tools
Video or content production

2. Subscription-Based Services
Subscriptions (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, review management, ad campaign management) are billed monthly or annually.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 7 days before the next billing date.
Partial month or prorated refunds are not issued for canceled subscriptions after renewal.

3. Ad Spend & Media Buying
All advertising campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, Livestream TV, Billboard, Programmatic, etc.) are funded and managed through third-party platforms.
Ad spend is non-refundable once allocated, as media placements and impressions are immediately purchased.
A 15% management fee is charged on all ad spend to cover campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting. This fee is also non-refundable.

4. Custom Projects (Websites, Apps, Branding, Videos)
For all custom projects, we begin work immediately upon payment. Therefore:
Deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable.
If the client requests cancellation before any design, coding, or creative work begins, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion, minus administrative costs (typically 20% of the total project value).
No refunds are issued after the project has entered the design, production, or development stage.

5. Billing Disputes
If you believe there is an error or issue with a charge, please contact our Billing Department within 7 days of the charge date.

6. Service Quality Commitment

7. Chargebacks
Initiating a credit card chargeback or dispute without contacting Trending Media Solutions to resolve an issue is considered a policy violation.
Ā We reserve the right to suspend or terminate all active services in response to fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.
